Lunch with Daddy

In order for our move experience to come full circle, we needed to visit Alan at the fire station. So, we had lunch with Daddy at work.

It was fun to watch Aaron meet the people that he has only spoken to on video-chat and see the place that Daddy spends so much of his time.

The obligatory bunker gear shot, a right of passage for any son of a firefighter... 

Then of course there was driving... complete with Aaron-sirens and bumpy roads...

So cute...

The moment we left Aaron asked to go back again and we didn't even make it to the highway before Adam had passed out (sign of Adam's true enjoyment and contentment). The next thing Aaron said was, "Mama, does Daddy have a shower at the station? I didn't see a shower." We've been back several times since then, and one of them included a detailed tour of the bathroom.
