Adam's first Christmas Morning

On Christmas morning we woke up a little bit earlier than usual so that we would have plenty of time for a relaxing gift opening at our house.

Christmas PJs are one of life's most wonderful things. I could not resist buying matching ones this year. I have to take advantage of these opportunities while they last! So freaking cute!! Oh my goodness, it is almost too much for me to bare.

After breakfast we sat around the Christmas tree and Aaron opened his gifts, and attempted to open all of the other gifts as well. He needed very little assistance this year.
Granny and Pa gave Aaron a "Cars" bike and he got it on Christmas morning. He was beside himself. He currently thinks that riding the bike entails sitting on it and making motor noises, so we are working on that.
One of my unofficial Christmas presents was simply that my brilliant husband was able to get Christmas day off, which proved to be no small feat.

Our last Christmas in our Boerne house was a sweet and joyous one.
