On December 19th we "showered" my friend Ali with stuff and love as she prepares for her second child (first son!) this winter. I truly enjoy giving baby showers - I think being a mom is so wonderful and such a blessing that I relish the opportunity to encourage and help prepare mamas! Plus, I love to make, theme, and organize things - so it's perfect. With some help from a few friends and a heap of grace for my non-sleeping baby girl (and boys running wild in the backyard), I'd say it was a success.
