And he's up... sort of

Our big little man has finally decided to start using those strong core muscles and sit up. He still tumbles over quite a bit, but seems to have the general idea. Right now it appears that he does not want to sit still long enough to test out this newly developed skill, instead he would rather roll around, launch himself from the frog/crawling position, or just cry and yell until someone comes along to right him.

I laid the blanket out one night last week and set the camera on a tripod while Alan read Aaron's bedtime stories and attempted to take a few photos to show Adam sitting up. There are a few of him lying down or crashing, but you'll be able to get the idea hopefully.

Here is his centerfold pose, it is his favorite... This one is just funny. He takes his "goober-ness" very seriously.Sitting on his own...I was just holding my hand behind him in case he tumbled over.
He gets pretty excited when he sits on his own, so much so his bouncing around usually knocks him over. Using the self timer function on the camera, I caught this...
Video of the occasion...

Anytime Adam is playing on the floor Aaron comes running to play with him. They interact so much lately and it is wonderful to watch. Aaron will point things out and light up if Adam appears to be paying attention.

Only ever now and then is there a dispute over who gets what. Aaron has known what it meant to share for a while, but exercising it is a whole other thing. Our two precious angels...
