March Miscellaneous

We cut down a tree...
He's very serious about his chainsaws.
The help. Adam and Hayley.
Like so many of our other trees, this one had rocks in the middle of the trunk.
The boys and I went inside to start dinner and Hayley took over in her supervisory position. Whenever Alan is doing manual labor, she recognizes the seriousness and insists on being very close by in case he might need something or have the urge to throw her ball.
At one of my weekly BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) classes we were all instructed to get up and take group pics with those sitting with us. It was random and fun and I thought our photo was cute.

We met Aunt Jenny and Braelynn at the San Marcos Outlets for the day. It was Aaron's first time to hold her. He was pretty excited.
In the winter Hayley reserves a portion of the laundry room and Adam ensures that she doesn't get lonely by occasionally reading her stories...

In early March we picked up a mini four-wheeler for the boys. It is a lot of fun to ride. Aaron is a fantastic driver so he quickly picked it up and only complained about thumb (throttle) fatigue.
Cool guy.
Adam wasn't ready... scratch that, we weren't ready for Adam to drive solo. So although I don't need an excuse to ride it... I have to take baby Adam out for a ride :)
Documentation of their first day with the four wheeler...

Adam doing some sorting.
Grandma and Grandpa, a four-wheeling mad man back in the day, wanted to come up and see Aaron ride, so they made a quick trip north.
We took them to Tejas Park.

Recent acquisition: portable shower stall for beach and outdoor camping.
It is important when going out for a ride in your "wife beater" and swim shoes that you wear an ATV helmet and carry two shovels at all times.
One of Aaron's nap time works of art. It may be his biggest self-built track yet.
