Mid November

We were able to justify a fire for only about three nights in November before it got warm again. Our boys have a real appreciation for fire...

Along with the cooler weather, out came the winter clothes for the first time. Aaron loves wearing beanies. He requested that I take a photo of him to send to his Uncle Matt... because what little time Aaron spends around Matt, he is usually wearing a beanie.

He graduated to "big boy" toy paper for his morning reading (a Kubota catalog).

In order to maximize our enjoyment of the outdoor Christmas lights, we (Alan with several assistants) got them up before Thanksgiving....

...two of the assistants eventually lost interest.

I'm pretty excited about finally having some icicle lights! :)

Here's a random video of Adam singing. At the beginning he says, "We present the sounds of Sodor." Which is from an episode of Thomas the Train. The song he sings is an Adam Stacer arrangement of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Keep an eye on what Aaron is doing in the background. They are such goobers.
