Adam was a little amped up, but thankfully he stuck to his goober-ness and avoided any public tantrums...
Adam "fist bumping."
Aaron kept Jenny and Barrett entertained with the occasional story.
And after dinner we tried out the snazzy playground they have out back.
Sunday... there was a little playtime, some cooking going on, a feast, and a couple of egg hunts...![]() |
Adam wore this necklace for the entire morning.
Checking up on Grandma and Jenny who were preparing bread.
The boys were maintaining the living room.
Grandma gave Aaron and Adam little Easter baskets full of "goodies..."
Then it was outside to hunt eggs. Thankfully we practiced last weekend so Adam took this task quite seriously.
Adam was going for the large yellow egg, but eventually refused to put it in his basket because it didn't match the other eggs.
Spectators and referees.
Grandpa took a turn with the necklace.
Aaron's loot.
Our attempt to have the boys pose....
Quickly led to Aaron's boredom...
Adam showing off his find.

At some point Grandpa lost the necklace and gained some new head gear.
Adam immediately took to transferring... one of his favorite things to do.
Inside we opened up the eggs.
Playing with Grandpa's race track...
A video...
Posing with Aunt Jenny...
And Grandma and Grandpa...
The boys making a huge mess of their house...
And the deck...
Aunt Jenny loves to document Adam's most ridiculous time of the day.... bath time. He is usually highly verbal, ridiculously dramatic, and quite expressive.Plus, Alan and I are convinced if you spike his hair, he becomes even more punky.
