Stacer Days: Easter in San Antonio

We spent Easter weekend in San Antonio at the Kohl's house. Saturday after brief naps and some hanging out, we went to Boerne to eat at Dog and Pony. It is the new restaurant/grill, named for Borene's high school mascots that is located in the former Back Porch location. The Back Porch catered Alan and my wedding... just a little historical fact.

Adam was a little amped up, but thankfully he stuck to his goober-ness and avoided any public tantrums...

Aaron kept Jenny and Barrett entertained with the occasional story.

And after dinner we tried out the snazzy playground they have out back.

Sunday... there was a little playtime, some cooking going on, a feast, and a couple of egg hunts...

Adam wore this necklace for the entire morning.

Grandma gave Aaron and Adam little Easter baskets full of "goodies..."

Then it was outside to hunt eggs.

Thankfully we practiced last weekend so Adam took this task quite seriously.

Adam was going for the large yellow egg, but eventually refused to put it in his basket because it didn't match the other eggs.

At some point Grandpa lost the necklace and gained some new head gear.

Adam immediately took to transferring... one of his favorite things to do.

Inside we opened up the eggs.

Aunt Jenny loves to document Adam's most ridiculous time of the day.... bath time. He is usually highly verbal, ridiculously dramatic, and quite expressive.
