One evening in late July (27th), we braved the ridiculous heat and went on a Jeep ride around Lake Georgetown. One of the Corps of Engineer parks, Cedar Breaks, is approximately five minutes from our house, but we like to go to one on the north side of the lake, Russell Park, because usually, there is hardly anyone there.
