Catch Up: February "snow"

It was technically snow, but appeared more of a "dusting," like God took a sifter and covered us with powder sugar. The last time there was any accumulation of snow was when Aaron was a newborn, so this was his first real experience with mid-Texas snow.

So, I bundled him up and we braved the twenty-two degree temperature outside so that he could go look around and crunch through the grass. He seemed a little more worried than excited and the cold air didn't bother him at all.

Matching puffy jackets (I was wearing Alan's)...The whole time he was out there...Uh oh, what happened mama?

Alan was desparately trying to make it home from the station for my birthday, but woke up to this that morning... that is his Passat wagon under the snow. Needless to say, Austin got it much worse than we did. He did finally make it home but it took him around four hours.
